About whoot.
whoot. began as a purpose-built, ultra-real-time voice platform — created by people who spent decades in enterprise communications. Then venues, event teams, and control rooms showed us what it was really for: running incidents. Today whoot. is an incident & crowd management platform, and the voice engine underneath is why it's faster than everything else.
The best response teams don't schedule conversations. When something happens they talk instantly, alert everyone, and know who's safe. We build the platform that makes that possible — always-on, always recorded, always ready.
When something goes wrong, most organisations reach for a WhatsApp group, a ring-round, and hope. We believe the organisations that respond fastest — and can prove how they responded — will be the ones people trust with their safety. Live voice is how they'll do it.

What We Stand For
Every millisecond matters. We measure latency obsessively because real-time means real-time — not "pretty fast."
We don't bolt security on after the fact. Encryption, access controls, and audit logging are foundational — not premium add-ons.
Complexity is the enemy. If your team needs a training session to use a communication tool, the tool has failed.
One plan, one price, no surprises. We publish our uptime, our roadmap, and our thinking. Trust is earned through openness.
Every feature we ship is designed for the team, not the individual. Presence, rooms, permissions — it's teamwork-first, always.
We ship constantly. We listen obsessively. We measure everything. Good enough never is.
Leadership
Our leadership team has collectively built, scaled, and secured communications platforms used by hundreds of millions of people. This isn't our first rodeo.
