The web dashboard and the whoot.me website.
Sign-in, single sign-on, invitations and session issue across web, iOS and Android.
Channel join, presence and real-time signalling for the voice clients.
Live audio for talk groups and calls, including relay for restricted networks.
Dial-out to and dial-in from the public telephone network.
Call recording, retention and live transcription.
Outbound SMS alerts, inbound replies and delivery reporting.
Alert and call delivery to the iOS and Android apps.
The public response pages people are sent during an incident.
Uptime excludes announced maintenance from the calculation and counts degraded performance as available, reported separately above. Days run midnight to midnight, UK time. The same figures are available as JSON, so you are not required to take ours.

Planned upgrade of the signalling servers that handle channel join and presence.
Clients reconnected once during the window and resumed in the channels they were in. Audio already in progress was not interrupted.

Our speech-to-text provider reported degraded performance, and live transcripts lagged the audio by up to two minutes.
Recording and playback were unaffected, and every affected call was transcribed in full once the provider recovered.
Customer organisations also receive these notices by email to their nominated technical and administrative contacts, and see active notices inside the dashboard.

Planned migration of recording storage to versioned buckets with object lock, run overnight against the archive tier.
New recordings and live transcription continued normally. Playback of recordings older than thirty days was queued and served with a delay during the window.

Scheduled rotation of edge TLS certificates and a load balancer configuration change.
Web, API and authentication surfaces ran in maintenance for the window. Sessions were preserved and no re-authentication was required.

Apple's push service returned elevated latency, delaying alert and call notifications to iOS devices by up to several minutes. Android delivery was normal throughout.
Alerts continued to be delivered by SMS and were visible in the app on open. Latency returned to normal without action on our side.

Planned work by our telephony carrier on the interconnect that carries dial-in and dial-out traffic.
Calls to and from the public telephone network were routed over the secondary interconnect for the duration. In-app voice was not affected.
