One price per person who logs in. Billing is pro-rated to the day, so mid-month additions cost exactly what they should — no rounding up, no gotchas.
Every user on your plan contributes minutes to a shared pool. With 10 users you get 5,000 transcription minutes and 1,000 dial-out minutes per month. If one person uses more, it balances out across the team.
You can keep going. Overage is billed at £0.01/min +VAT for transcription and £0.03/min +VAT for dial-out — charged at the end of the billing period. No surprise cut-offs.
Yes. From your billing settings you can disable transcription or dial-out overage. Once you hit your allowance, the feature pauses until next month — no charges beyond your plan price.
