Pooled Allowance
Every user on your plan contributes 100 dial-out minutes per month to a shared pool. The entire team draws from this pool — it doesn't matter which users or channels consume the minutes.
- Example — A 10-user workspace gets 1,000 dial-out minutes per month
- Usage is tracked in real time in your billing dashboard
- Email alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% of your allowance keep you informed
Overage
If your team exceeds the pooled allowance, additional minutes are billed at £0.03 per minute at the end of the billing cycle. Administrators can disable overage — when the allowance is exhausted, dial-out pauses until the next period.
