£9 per user per month (excl. VAT), billed monthly. No contracts, cancel any time.

Pooled Allowances
Transcription and dial-out minutes are pooled across your entire team. Each user contributes their allowance to a shared pool, and any user or channel can draw from it.
Transcription
- 500 minutes per user per month, pooled across the workspace
- Example: 10 users = 5,000 minutes/month shared pool
- Only active speech is counted — silence is not metered
- Includes AI summaries, action items, sentiment analysis, and full-text search
Channel Dial Out
- 100 minutes per user per month, pooled across the workspace
- Example: 10 users = 1,000 minutes/month shared pool
- Covers calls to 40+ countries at no additional per-minute cost within the allowance
How Pooling Works
Your total allowance is calculated as users × per-user allowance at the start of each billing period. If you add users mid-cycle, the allowance increases immediately. Minutes are tracked in real time — check your usage dashboard at any point.
Overage Billing
If your team exceeds its pooled allowance in a billing period, overage usage is metered and billed at the end of the cycle:
Usage Alerts
You'll receive email warnings at these thresholds so there are no surprises:
- 50% — Heads up that you're halfway through
- 80% — Approaching your limit
- 100% — Allowance exhausted (overage begins, or feature pauses if overage is disabled)
Overage Controls
Administrators can control overage behaviour per feature in Settings → Billing:
- Allow overage (default) — Usage continues beyond the allowance and is billed at overage rates
- Disable overage — When the allowance is exhausted, the feature pauses until the next billing period. No overage charges.
Recording Retention
Every plan includes 30 days of recording retention. Recordings older than 30 days are automatically deleted.

Adding & Removing Users
User management is fully self-serve:
- Adding users — Invite a team member and their licence is added automatically. Billing is pro-rated to the day, and your pooled allowances increase immediately.
- Removing users — Remove a member and their licence is released. You receive a pro-rated credit. Allowances adjust at the next billing period.
- No pre-purchasing — You never need to buy licences in advance. Just invite people.
