• Full channel audio recording — Every conversation captured automatically when recording is enabled on a channel
• 30-day retention — Recordings are kept for 30 days by default, included at no extra cost
• Session replay — Timeline scrubbing, playback speed control, and speaker-tagged waveforms
• Speaker identification — Each speaker is labelled in the recording timeline
• Synced transcription — When transcription is enabled on the channel, text scrolls in sync with playback
• Compliance controls — Data retention policies with automatic cleanup

Extended Retention

Need to keep recordings longer than 30 days? Extended retention is available for teams with compliance or archival requirements:

• 90 days — Extended retention for regulated industries
• 1 year — Long-term archival
• Custom — Contact us for bespoke retention periods

Technical Details

• Format — Recordings are stored as compressed audio files
• Quality — Same quality as the live channel audio (Opus codec)
• Storage — Encrypted at rest with AES-256
• Access control — Recordings are protected by RBAC permissions
• Retention — 30 days included; extended retention available. Expired recordings are permanently deleted.
